Enjoy a private dinner and Finger Lakes wine tasting served by NBC celebrity Chef Fred. Chef Fred has been the celebrity chef for NBC for over 6 years. He is also currently the director of Food and Beverage for the Harbor Hotel. Chef Fred has served celebrities such as Hillary Clinton, Angelina Jole, Bill Cosby and Tommy Hilfiger and his family. Let the next celebrity he serves be you!! Choose a private dining room (based on availability) or a beautiful lake view terrace table.
